ZillowVERIFIED Oh my. How do you describe someone who helped make all of your dreams come true? We found kim on Zillow. Wed reached out to several others before her and all they were willing to do was talk about our money situation and refer us to lenders with a "give us a call when you get approved". Our problem wasnt getting a mortgage but more our fear of not being able to find a house we loved or worse finding one and realizing it wasnt all we had thought it to be. Kim to the rescue though. She showed us all of the homes on my list and as we walked through she told us everything she spotted that could be an issue now or in the future plus gave us a ballpark figure on ways we could customize things. When we fell in love with a house she helped us secure the lending and answered every question we had along the way. Shes fantastic. This will hopefully be our forever home but if its not Kim will be my first call. I cant recommend her enough.
