Even though Kim wasn't directly our realtor, she represented the lady who bought our mobile home. Kim was so helpful with every paper we had to sign. Because Kim knew we had very little time to finish the transaction, she would always get the next paper to be signed, to us ASAP. That means she would stop by our home even if she was on her way home, or on her way to her next client. Because this was our very first time with selling a home, Kim was always so patient with us in explaining every detail that needed to be taken care of. Kim made this transaction easy by throwing in laughter, friendly conversations, all the while performing a business like manner. Not ever having met Kim before, we felt like great friends in the final meeting of selling our home.
