ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a privilege to have Kimberly Pitcher as my real estate agent. In September 2021, Kimberly listed and sold my home in Newport Beach, CA. Her guidance throughout the process was invaluable. She arranged to have the house staged and professionally photographed under her direction for the MLS. With Kimberly?s vast techie experience, she was proficient at marketing the house on social media, along with the editing process needed for a great presentation. Kimberly?s marketing skills really payed off! She had over a dozen appointments for showings the first day of listing. The house sold within a week for way over the asking price and at one of the highest prices in the neighborhood. There are many qualities that make Kimberly a great agent. 1. She loves her job!2. She loves helping people find the home that is perfect for them!3. She loves to work hard to get a seller the highest price for their home!4. She is super smart and knows all of the legalities that comes with the complicated real estate market.5. She is fair and totally trustworthy.
