Two of the realtors just wanted to call us and ask questions. Kimberly wanted to come out and see the property because google pictures were not giving her the whole picture of our farm, e.g., house, shop, barn, acreage, etc. This impressed us so much, we decided then and there we were going with Kim and cancelled the other two realtors. When Kim came out to our farm she was very personable, nice, and a joy to work with. She did a market analysis and gave our farm the perfect price so it would sell quickly. She listened, looked, questioned, took notes, and retained all the information we gave her from our living at the farm for 25 years. Kim prepared our listing with staging, photography, drone photos, and videos, and negotiated with 3 buyers to achieve a favorable outcome. She helped determine which areas we should be update in our house for the best return on investment. She provided us contacts for quotes, helped with picking paint colors, textures, flooring, and provided input on the overall style for the remodel. From the beginning of the process she was eager, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my home would show its best to potential buyers, and secure the best offers possible. Preparing any home for sale is a process to say the least, and mine was no different. There was allot to do to get it looking its best, and I was so thankful when she took on tasks (removal of hot tub and piano) that I really didnt have the time or energy to figure out. She was not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty, organizing and physically assisting in the removal of both my hot tub, and upright piano. Additionally, Kim provided a thorough market evaluation, and a list of things to do to get home market ready. She provided full staging, and included online social media advertising. Once the house was listed Kim negotiated with multiple buyers to obtain a sale price of $76k over the listing price after only 5 days on market.
