She met us promptly to tour homes on our first day searching, and made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner. I appreciate that she CC'd me on relevant emails and texted me with updates during our buying process to make sure we made our closing date. She was also ready to close early at our request, and even met us at the hospital where my wife and I both work with the notary to close when our early close date did not go through due to the lending company. We feel that she advocated for us and worked on our behalf to the best of her abilities.
