Ready Real Estate

Kimberly is PHENOMENAL!!! Could not have asked for a more experienced and knowledgeable realtor. Her negotiation skills got us everything we wanted and then some. She was by our side and walked us thru every step of the process. Will refer to anybody I know looking to buy or sell.

Kimberly helped my wife and I purchase our first home using a VA loan. She met us promptly to tour homes on our first day searching, and made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner. I appreciate that she CC'd me on relevant emails and texted me with updates during our buying process to make sure we made our closing date. She was also ready to close early at our request, and even met us at the hospital where my wife and I both work with the notary to close when our early close date did not go through due to the lending company. We feel that she advocated for us and worked on our behalf to the best of her abilities. We are using her as our realtor now to sell the townhome that we moved out of and would utilize her expertise again. Highly recommended!

A really great (more than great) job of selling my home for way more than asking. Thank you Kimberly Kelly.

Kimberly was an excellent asset when buying our first home. Her experience showed with how she handled all of our questions with ease and helped navigate the process for first time home buyers. Kimberly was very responsive throughout the entire process, not sure she does anything else but work for her clients. Proud to recommend her to anyone who would be in need of a stellar Real Estate Professional. If we are in the area down the road, we will be using Kimberly again.

Kimberly is vital to have in your corner when buying a home! She knows the business inside and out and fights for her clients. We were first time home buyers and she took time to explain everything to us and showed up with us everywhere! I would recommend her to the moon and back
