During the preparation phase, she advised me well on small changes to increase the salability of the house without cratering my bank account on major projects that involved home improvement pros. The process had its glitches, as it always does. But Kimberly fixed those we could and explained why we couldn't remedy the others. After the sale, some packages arrived for me, and the new owners found some old luggage in the attic crawlspace. Kimberly took care of these items for me, which was above and beyond what anyone could expect from their agent. On a scale of 1-10, Kimberly is an 11.
