They don't have any upgrades you've put into your home or any additional info that a realtor would be able to give you.

In my years doing real estate, I have worked with everyone from first-time home buyers, renters, investors, family trusts, luxury homes, land owners, buyers, and commercial real estate. I would say I have a very well-versed expertise in all areas and would never turn anyone away.

Honestly, most of my transactions I am fond of and even become friends with after the transaction is complete. I have been extremely blessed with the best people finding me either online or through referrals from past clients. The last one I was extremely fond of was 2 older women who were selling their parents' estate. It was a very emotional time, and they put their trust in me. We built a relationship where they could tell me about personal things going on in their lives. The transaction went smoothly, and they profited more than they were told they would from another realtor. At the end of the day, I just want my clients to walk away from the closing table with as much money as possible and will do just about anything to make that happen.

I have always been interested in real estate, mostly on the investing side of things. When I was going through my divorce, I decided to try it out as a career and see how I liked it. Turns out I was really good, a quick learner, and loved meeting new people every day. What I love about it is that every transaction is different, and every person is different. It keeps me excited to wake up and go to work every day.

I received a Bachelor of Business Science & Management from Park University. Outside of that, I have licenses in both Residential and Commercial Real estate. I have been given many awards and have worked with some of the top politicians and professional athletes in the DC and Virginia area. I have represented Churchill Downs out of Kentucky to construct a casino in Dumfries, VA, from the ground up, to include finding the land and approaching each land owner to purchase their property, which is not a small feat to handle. I have had countless trainings, education, and experience in all fields of real estate, but I still seem to learn something new every day.
