Kim was able to find us a home within our budget and never tried to push us outside of that budget. She will put you first above anything else. The good things about Kim is that she is very Thorough, Prompt, Efficient, Dependable and will go the extra mile to accommodate you with the home buying process. She also has a pretty good knowledge of telling you if the home is overpriced based on the exterior and interior features she was spot on when telling us these things. The selling agent was not the best but Kim stayed on him and pressed him to be responsive and prompt when we were negotiating so we would meet our tight closing deadline. She was even still negotiating repairs for us at closing which we got. Kim made this process a non stress factor with her PROFESSIONALISM. Also she was very knowledgeable of the location we wanted to live in and steered us clear of the not so good neighborhoods.I would recommend Kim to anyone.
