ZillowVERIFIEDKim was great to work with. We were difficult clients, not knowing for sure what area we wanted to live in. Kim was patient, showing us many homes in different areas and explained the pros and cons of living in each area. In the end, we found our perfect home. Would highly recommend using Kim.

ZillowVERIFIED Because of legal issues that arose, the sale of our home was complicated, BUT, Kim Waters worked tirelessly to walk us through the legalities and twists and turns of getting the situation under control and a solution found. She was proactive in bringing things to our attention and looked out for our interests. She went over and above the job title, not only was a super agent bringing us a buyer within a short time of listing with her, but she was also chief hand holder and counselor. Her calm demeanor kept us looking forward and her knowledge of the market gave us a realistic view of what we could expect in regards to pricing. I can't imagine going through this process without her! She was looking out for our interests, it wasn't just about getting her commission. I would recommend Kim Waters to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have had real estate business dealings both on the buyer and seller sides, with Kim Waters for well over 20 years. Throughout the years we have found her to be highly ethical and professional. Her knowledge of Lake Lanier real estate and that of the surrounding cities such as Gainesville, Dawsonville etc. is both impressive and up-to-date. Nothing appears to be too small or too big for her abilities. Her attention to one's needs is a reflection of her values, not the size of the deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim Waters did an excellent job in helping with the sale of our home. The thing that impresses me most about Kim is the turn around time in answering questions. When you need an answer on something her response is immediate. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects. She also helped us purchase a home. If I decided to buy/sell again, I would not hesitate to call Kim.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim Waters is a veteran Realtor with in-depth knowledge of North Georgia. She knows the region and its communities and neighborhoods. Just as importantly, she is an agent who listens to her clients and works to gain a true feel and understanding for what they are looking for in a house. I felt she had a good grasp of my wants and needs and she zeroed in on properties she knew would resonate with me. She helped me find my dream home as well as navigated me through the buying process. She was responsive and thorough and always my advocate.
