About Kim Wachtel
Specialties:Buyer's Agent,Listing Agent,Relocation
Kim started out at a small brokerage firm in Buckhead in 2004 where she built and sold homes for the high-end Buckhead market. In January of 2010, following the crash of the both real estate and building industries, Kim went to work with a firm with a nationally recognized name, RE/MAX, where she thrives today representing both buyers and sellers.
When representing a Seller Kim carefully analyzes the home and offers her professional advice on what is necessary to obtain top dollar within the most reasonable time frame. By spending some extra time with the sellers during the "listing phase" of a home, the Seller is more likely to be pleased with the results in the long run.
By utilizing all the latest technology to market her listings, a homeowner can be assured that their home is receiving maximum exposure in today's competitive real estate market.
Kim also employs her ability to listen very well when representing a buyer. Many of the sellers that Kim represents in the sale of their homes engage her to represent them in the purchase of their next home.
Call Kim, she's happy to help with any of your real estate needs.
