She really impressed me because after brought it she sent me a welcome package with mailing labels etc. I was like wow I wasn't even her client. So when it came to selling my place I knew Kim Tullis was the agent I wanted to handle my sale. She is very knowledgeable about my community and my area she had my place under contract within two days of listing. I was in the middle of relocating to another state and was in training out of state and Kim took care of everything with the sake of my home.
