ZillowVERIFIED Kim Shupe is an extremely knowledgeable and diligent agent during the sell of my home and property. She will go above and beyond during the entire process. I never had to wait to hear from her. When I needed information or needed to ask a question, I would contact her and within just a few hours I was hearing back from her. She never kept me in the dark about any of the process. She made me feel like I was the only client she had, although she is an extremely busy agent. I could not recommend Kim and the Shupe Team. I would definitely use Kim again if the need for the best Real estate agent were to arise. I highly recommend her and would give more than a 5 star review if allowed.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a home/selling a home in the Athens area, Kim Shupe is the agent to use! Kim is extremely knowledgeable about the Athens area and seems to know everyone! She is helpful, flexible, and creative. We met her during the housing crash in 2008 when she found our family a place to live while we built a home in Madison County. Last year, she helped my daughter find and buy her first home. In this competitive market, Kim developed an offer that the seller couldnt refuse! My daughter is in her dream home and the seller had the time they needed to build their new home. Currently, we are working with Kim to sell our home and my father-in-laws home. She assisted us in finding a place for multi-generational living and did so with great compassion, as leaving our homes was bittersweet. Kim has her clients best interest in mind, she is professional, and is very active serving her community. She is an asset to Madison County and Athens!

Our goal was to sell our current home and to be moved into a new one by the time the first one sold. We both have full-time jobs as well as three young toddlers, so had no clue how we were going to make all of this happen....until we were introduced to Kim Shupe! Words cannot fully express just how easy, stress-free, and simple Kim made the entire process. We literally closed on our old house the SAME DAY as our new one!! What impressed us the most about Kim, is that during this entire process, she made our family feel like we were her only clients. She was always available to answer any questions and constantly sent us options for homes that wed be interested in. She is truly amazing...I dont know how she does what she does, but we would literally never consider using another agent in the future after all that she has done for us. She showed us the homes we wanted to see plus appropriate options and also knew of homes "coming soon" on the market. Kim was available when we needed her... she had a team member show us homes when she was out of town once, important in a fast selling market! ZillowVERIFIED If this thing (Google Review) had a way to select 1 million stars, it would NOT be enough! Kim is top notch. She is FAST and ON POINT. Kim has been my realtor on two separate occasions (both purchases). If I would have known her when we sold our first home I would DEFINITELY have used her. Kim puts her buyers FIRST when purchasing a home. She took us to view properties on a Friday night before she had to be at a personal commitment and our offer was submitted the very next morning. Kim got to know what we wanted and found it for us! From start to finish, Kim was there to answer questions and help us make important decisions about the home we purchased. You can't ask for a more fun and professional person to work with. Kim has a beautiful soul and it shines in her work. I would recommend ANYONE call Kim before you waste your time with anyone else.
