All, I want to tell you about my wonderful experience in selling my house with the KimTimTeam !! I chose them from my past experience with Kim when we initially built/bought our home. From the initial chat with Tim and Nick, we received that "warm fuzzy" feeling. This was continued with all of the fantastic communication we have received from everyone. Amanda, Kim, Nick, Brett and Tim. From E-mails about the processes, advice on pricing, the staging lady's excellent advice (my apologies , as her name escapes me) , and late evening phone calls.
