We met with Kim Benjamin afterward and our experience with her was wonderful right from the start. Kim is very patience and always available when needed. She took the time to explain things in detail. We ran into problems with the seller but Kim was with us the whole time and stood her ground for us. We finally got the house in August 2017. Were extremely grateful that weve met Kim and would most definitely recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Beware of Kim Holt!! The worst to deal with. Day one lied about getting me listed. Communicating with her was horrible. I even felt she held back an offer for someone else that was interested in buying my home. She even listed my home wrong on the mls. She had no knowledge or strategies to sell my home other than an Open bouse where she would just.hand out her.business card. She did what she wanted and not as she was told! Beware..I do not recommend her or palmer house realty! In the end she just quit and terminated our agreement. She wasted my time completely. I hired a different real estate team 2 weeks later and was under contract and sold a week later.
