Kim was on top of everything, guiding me through the process that was not only emotional, but so frustrating since we had multiple offers that cancelled, many delays from the final purchaser, and even a low appraisal. When I was ready to negotiate because of the low appraisal, Kim took the reins and was able to get another appraisal that let us close at the agreed upon price! Kim kept her cool when I was frustrated and angry, and she got the house sold! I can't say enough wonderful things about her -- definitely use Kim Grant for selling or buying a home!
