Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions most families will ever make. It deserves careful consideration, thoughtful guidance, and a true professional who knows how to navigate every stage of the process. My wife and I searched for our dream home for nearly five years. Kim Fraser helped us find that home and negotiate a fair outcome for everyone involved. She also listed our previous home, which resulted in multiple offers and ultimately a full price offer within the first 24 hours. But honestly, thats when the real work began, and its also where great Realtors separate themselves from the pack. Real estate transactions are filled with moving parts: timelines, inspections, repairs, negotiations, financing, appraisals, escrow, closing logistics, emotions, stress, unexpected changes, and countless details that can quickly become overwhelming, even in the smoothest transactions. Kim guided us through every step of the process with professionalism, urgency, and care. She answered her phone every single time we called, worked nights and weekends when needed, and consistently made us feel like we were her top priority. Beyond that, she brought an incredible network of trusted professionals to the table, from movers and contractors to escrow and support partners, all of whom were outstanding. That level of service matters. That level of commitment matters. As I mentioned earlier, Ive worked with many Realtors over the years and across several different states, and Kim is absolutely one of the best Ive ever worked with. ZillowVERIFIED When we moved out of our townhome, I spend several months and a lot of money getting it ready to sell, but after listing it for over a month and not getting even one showing, I realized I could no longer afford to pay the extra $2500 a month it cost to own it in addition to my new home, and I had no idea why it was not selling. I had gotten Kim Frasers monthly mailer many times and she seemed to be the most knowledgable, experienced, and successful Realtor in the area, so I cancelled the listing and hired her instead. Kim was very clear about the issues keeping my home from selling, and within a week her handyman team had fixed and upgraded everything I needed at about half of what it would have cost me to get it done myself. She then staged it with very upscale furniture that made it look the best it had ever looked, hired a top-notch photographer/videographer, and gave me expert advice on how to price it competitively for a quicker sale. Not only that, but she also found a buyer and it closed a month later with not one hassle or hiccup. Everything was taken care of for me, and it was always a pleasure to talk and work with her. My only regret is that I did not contact Kim sooner, which would have saved me over $10,000. Our seller was difficult but we were determined. Kim negotiated for us and we got the new 30 year roof as well as several other concessions and she directed us to an excellent mortgage broker with VA loan experience to boot. When we discovered a few items that should have been left were gone she went above and beyond and secured payment with the sellers agent. She even helped us with the "rent back" for the sellers. Kim's candor was greatly appreciated for my wife and I who knew very little about the housing market in Washington coming from Kansas. She was honest about the pros and cons of each home we viewed. She took on our West Seattle listing even though it was a bit out of her "normal" area but her knowledge of western WA was fabulous as she has lived in this area all her life. Kim was out the following day taking great pics/ virtual reality shots which ultimately were integral in selling the house as it sold sight unseen (by the wife ) within a couple of days. We continued to have interested buyers until after the closing incase it fell through and Kim kept up with all of that activity as well to ensure we had a back up just in case! ZillowVERIFIED Kim helped me sell a rental home. The house was a disaster. She toured the home and told me what things I needed to fix to get the best return. She returned several times to give additional feedback. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She gave me the names of contractors, in some instances she let them in the home and always was available to answer my questions. The house sold fairly quickly but the buyers backed out. Kim had to sell it a second time. The same thing happened. The third time was a charm. Kim had to sell the house 3 times. She always kept pushing. All this help for a $130,000 rental home in a bad neighborhood in Tacoma. Wow. Kim, thank you. I live out of town in Spokane and although I would love to work with Kim again, she gave me all of that service knowing that the chance may not come up again. On a personal note, she is a warm, caring person who always made me feel important. I give her my highest endorsement and would not purchase or sell another home in her area without using her. I have purchased and sold countless personal, investment, land and commercial properties through the years with various agents. She stands out as exceptional. Is she busy proving similar service to many clients? Of, course . . . The great ones always are so I would not let any review less than 5 stars deter you at all.
