Review Kim is an amazing/very experienced realtor. She helped sell our home in VB years ago and now we PCSed back to VB in 2021 and she helped us buy a beautiful home in Cypress Point. It was an extremely difficult experience given market conditions and living in Florida. Kim and her team made the experience so so much better. She was with us every step of the way updating us constantly and working hard on our behalf (all major and minor details of these homes and not letting any other agent take advantage of the sight unseen experience). We had alot of unforseen issues and given her experience and knowledge she handled them perfectly. Review Kim never took more than 10 minutes to respond to a text or question we had. She set us up to get emails with listings we would like and didnt waste our time if we wouldnt like it. If we wanted something, she jumped through hoops to try to let us see it. She found our dream home but it was slightly out of budget so she adjusted the search and within no time we toured our home. When we walked into the house she could tell we were happy. During the tours she is available to ask questions but doesnt loom over you or make you feel pressured. Additionally she doesnt press you to get a house at the top of your budget because her end goal isnt commission, its your happiness. Definitely the go to realtor in the area and I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to find the perfect home.
