I very often felt as though we were he only client, even though I know she maintains a very busy dance card. He professionalism was exemplary. ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin? To make this simple, Kim represents loyalty, integrity & client satisfaction. My fiancA(C) and I were helping my sister shop for her home, Kim being her agent. We immediately noticed her knowledge and expertise knowing she was someone wed want representing us too. At this point shed helped my family previously with 3 transactions, but my first time meeting her. While touring homes with my sister, my fiancA(C) and I UNEXPECTEDLY fell in love with a home and immediately knew it was the one for us. Within hours Kim had us pre-approved with her preferred lender at an insanely low rate which shocked us, having some frustrations with it beforehand. Not only that, our offer on the home was accepted the same night and she relieved us of our anxiety!
