This box is not large enough to say what a perfect, professional Realtor (and person) she is. She was very patient with me and answered EVERY single question I had no matter how small it was. She is extremely knowledgeable about area, decorating tips and came up with many good ideas to get my house sold. I live out of state and could not get back to my house to check on it. If any repairs needed to be made or cleaning done she was immediately on the phone calling repair people and cleaning folks. She even went to my house and oversaw several of the repairs!!! She took the task of selling my home and ran with it! I relied on Kim 100%. When I was starting to get worried about living out of state, SHE kept me strong and took right over.
