ZillowVERIFIED Kiara was amazing to work with!! We were relocating to the area from an area outside of town and she was willing and eager to meet with people on site at the property as needed when we couldnt make the drive over. She answered all of our calls and texts right away. She made the home buying process very smooth and enjoyable. She really went above and beyond. Her knowledge of the area was super helpful for us to decide where to purchase our new house. I would definitely use Kiara again for future home buying and recommend her to friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Kiara has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When I first visited the area she took a full day to do nothing other than introduce me to the local scene - providing me with an insiders perspective on not just the real estate market yet also Wenatchee's culture and personality. Leading up to and following our initial meeting, she has been attentive and responsive. Her personal touch and professionalism are a winning combination. I recommend her with unbridled enthusiasm.

ZillowVERIFIED Kiara is an excellent real estate agent. She looked for homes for sale and brought them to us before we even found them ourselves in searching. She added extra time and effort into finding the perfect home for us and we are extremely grateful. If we had questions she answered them immediately. If she didnt know the answer she would research it in an instant and get us back the answer. She is very respectful, polite, enthusiastic, and an overall wonderful individual. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we cant thank her enough for making our dreams come true of purchasing our first home. Also, in such a competitive market she had several strategies and ideas of how to create a compelling offer for ourselves. Kiara was able to work fast and landed us under contract on a home in less than a month working with her. She is ex excellent choice if you want top end real estate agent working with you to find a beautiful home.
