In my experience realtors are a lot like lawyers, you don't really want to deal with them but sometimes you have to. Most of them are pushy and don't really care about anything but their commission check. At least that was what it seemed like before meeting Kevin. I had worked with other realtors and to say it was a bad experience is an understatement. I had some very specific needs and was looking for a very special property. I have an elderly father with mobility issues that I take care of and I needed to find the perfect home for him. This was a long process that would require patience and understanding. The first realtor I worked with got board and annoyed with me after three month. Then I got lucky and a friend recommended Kevin. Kevin worked with me for two years to find the right property. He never once asked me to sign a contract or pressured me in any way. That alone was enough to win me over. On top of that Kevin knew his S@#$. He was very knowledgeable and whenever I asked him to do something, whether it was arrange a viewing or pull up comps he did it immediately. I know I was not his only client but I swear sometimes he made me feel that way with the level of personalized attention he gave me. Not only did he help me get that perfect home I was searching for but I was so impressed with him I used him to help me find and buy a commercial property for my business. Now Kevin is helping me sell my old home. I cant speak highly enough about him but above all the best thing about Kevin to me is that he is a human being, an regular guy that shows respect and does not try to sway you in any way. He listens and is very easy to talk to. Now if only I could find a lawyer like that!

Kevin is a fantastic realtor! You very much get the feeling he is out to help you as opposed to himself. Kevin went well above and beyond to help us find our home and we couldn't be more pleased with how the process went. Kevin's knowledge of the local markets is extraordinary and despite the fact that we bought outside of his target market he was still able to provide excellent information to us about the area we were looking in. As opposed to just passing us along to another realtor in the area, Kevin went out of his way to learn about our target towns and ultimately helped us land what we think is the perfect place for us. If you are looking for a place in northern NJ (specifically northern Bergen County) it would be foolish to use anyone else to help you, especially if you are a relatively younger buyer. His friendly and patient nature would work perfectly with any buyer. One last very important thing, which I do not think should go unsaid; I was very surprised how often Kevin actually answered his phone the first time you call him. I never had to call back a second or third time to get hold of him. If he didnt answer, he called me back in a very timely fashion. I know this is something we as clients should expect from professionals, but sadly this is simply not the case with everyone. Can't say enough good things about him.

Kevin did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. He found me and my fiance the perfect home while keeping us with in our budget. The best part we are living in the area we thought we would never be able to afford. He made my fiance the happest person with this home. Kevin went the extra mile for us and I appreciate everything he did for us. He will find the right home for you. I was a first time Home Buyer, so he thought me not to jump at things. He wasnt looking for just the sale he wanted to make sure we saw the whole picture. He wasnt the typical realtor sales person. Some just care about selling a home and might try and talk you into a house that might not fit your needs. He looks out for you and doesnt want to see you to settle on a house that might not fit you. He wants you to find that perfect house and in my case he found us the perfect house.

Kevin was recommended to us through a friend and he was a tremendous agent for us during our first home purchase. He was extremely attentive to all of our phone calls and e-mails, answered every question we had (and we had plenty!) and spent many hours doing exhaustive research of the northern New Jersey market. Being a current resident, he has inside knowledge of preferred areas and understands potential drawbacks from a long history of living in NJ. Above all, since our viewing window was small given we had to commute out of NYC and into northern New Jersey, he adapted to our schedule (which was mostly weekends). He even showed a few houses to our parents on weekday night when we weren't able to do an initial screening. In the end, you will be hard-pressed to find a more reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent than Kevin. I give him my full endorsement as I write this recommendation from our new home!

My wife and I were extremely happy with the service and expertise Kevin provided. We began working with Kevin in August of 2010, shortly after we put our condo on the market. Because we did not receive any offers on our condo at that time, we broke off our search for a new home until late winter of 2011. During both search periods (August-Sept of 2010 and February-April, 2011) Kevin did an excellent job of providing us with listings, taking us to see homes, and offering his advice as to the pluses and minuses of each house. He was always attentive to our preferences, and did a great job of narrowing down the listings he sent based on those preferences. Kevin would spend large portions of his weekends showing us different properties. We easily visited 60+ homes before we finally made a decision, and sometimes we'd visit a contender 2 or 3 times. Never did he express impatience or frustration with the time it took us to find our perfect home. Finally, we identified a home we wanted to purchase, and we closed on it in early summer 2011. He was great during the negotiation phase, and he got us a good price on the house. He has an in-depth knowledge of all the towns in the area, and he is a valuable and trusted ally during the entire process. Ultimately, Kevin made the important and sometimes daunting home-buying process manageable. He has a friendly demeanor, and is a very pleasant person with whom to work. A final point is that he is extremely quick to return phone calls and emails, which we really appreciated. In sum, we can't recommend Kevin enough, and would recommend him to our friends and family for any of their real estate transactions.
