We were selling a house on zillow as FSBO. However after just having the house listed for 2 days, Andrew brought in a buyer. He is very easy to work with. Ever since we started working with him the process became very smooth and he took away lot of headaches that comes In if you are trying to sell as an owner. He responded to all our questions and concerns in timely and professional manner. He also has his team which is equally professional. We liked working with him. He responds before and after hours and basically is there to help you out. Our process was much simpler and smooth after we started working with him. We got the price we asked for and closed the deal in about 45 days from listing. We just asked for more time since we had to prepare for moving out. I highly recommend him as a real estate agent. I will definitely work with him again if we need to.

Andrew is AWESOME!!! We were blessed to have been introduced to him and because of his exceptional expertise, we were able to purchase our first house. At first, we were hesitant to contact him given his portfolio, how big and expensive the houses hes sold but we were very happy that we did. Andrew was very approachable, professional, knowledgeable and aside from being great at his job, he made us very comfortable all throughout the process. We gave him a list of the houses we wanted to see and the next day, he was already showing us around. He was very easy to work with, just a text, email and call away. Hes like available 24/7, really! In my experience realtors are a lot like lawyers, you don't really want to deal with them but sometimes you have to. Most of them are pushy and don't really care about anything but their commission check. At least that was what it seemed like before meeting Kevin. I had worked with other realtors and to say it was a bad experience is an understatement. I had some very specific needs and was looking for a very special property. I have an elderly father with mobility issues that I take care of and I needed to find the perfect home for him. This was a long process that would require patience and understanding. The first realtor I worked with got board and annoyed with me after three month. Then I got lucky and a friend recommended Kevin. Kevin worked with me for two years to find the right property. He never once asked me to sign a contract or pressured me in any way. That alone was enough to win me over. On top of that Kevin knew his S@#$. He was very knowledgeable and whenever I asked him to do something, whether it was arrange a viewing or pull up comps he did it immediately. I know I was not his only client but I swear sometimes he made me feel that way with the level of personalized attention he gave me. Not only did he help me get that perfect home I was searching for but I was so impressed with him I used him to help me find and buy a commercial property for my business. Now Kevin is helping me sell my old home. I cant speak highly enough about him but above all the best thing about Kevin to me is that he is a human being, an regular guy that shows respect and does not try to sway you in any way. He listens and is very easy to talk to. Now if only I could find a lawyer like that!
