ZillowVERIFIEDKevin went above and beyond in every aspect of the listing and sale. While we were on the market, he did a great job of making sure to keep the listing relevant and driving showings. He even mowed a giant yard with a push mower, in the summer heat! During a complex escrow, his expertise helped us close on time, without hiccups. I've worked with many realtors over the years and Kevin is by far my favorite!
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin was beyond amazing! He was honest and real with us, and we appreciated that very much. I still can't believe how fast and smooth this process all was!
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. His knowledge and expertise is awesome. He loves what he does and it really shows with how he treated me throughout the entire home buying process. I have told everyone I know how great he was and would refer him to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home anytime soon.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin made buying our first home so easy! We were new to the entire process and he explained everything in a way that made sense. You could tell he cared about our family and made sure we got everything we wanted in our home. Anytime we had questions and reached out to him, he would get back to us within an hour! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. I would absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone buying or selling a home. I trust him 100%
ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend giving Kevin a call if youre looking to buy or sell in Oregon. He was adaptable to the curveballs that were thrown at us throughout the process & always responsive. He was extremely professional and courteous and always respected my best interests, even above his own potential commission. Lots of agents will use sales tactics to sway you in their own best interest, I really appreciate that he didnt. He made the process of selling easy & I would contact him if I were ever looking in Oregon, especially in the Portland area where hes located.
