This was our first time selling a house and Kevin made sure we understood each step of the process and what was (and was not) expected of us. He was always a call or text away whenever we needed help with something, no matter how trivial. I don't think there's a way to take all the stress out of buying or selling, but knowing you have an agent you can count on goes a long way.
