About Kevin Burgess

Managing Broker . 23 years of Real Estate Experience, born and raised in Grant County I have four adult children and one Adopted daughter who is now 4. My wife and I also own and operate an espresso stand in Moses Lake. I enjoy boating, hunting, working at my shop and relaxing at our cabin in Addy WA. I was raised around the Burgess dairy active in 4H growing up I love the outdoors I work as hard as I play. I Recently sold my Real Estate office and joined Windermere K2 in Moses Lake. I have experience in all phases of construction and know many contractors in the area. I have lived in Moses Lake all of my life, I have invested in Real Estate for over 32 years owning rentals in the Moses Lake area and previous property manager for over 20+ years I am experienced in just about everything when it comes to Residential construction.
