ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home in Cle Elum, WA, and Kerry Jo helped make the process, not only painless, but actually enjoyable! I had a limited amount of "Local" knowledge when I began my property search of the area, so locating an agent who had lots of it was very inportant to me. The first agent I contacted, at a different brokerage, wouldn't even return my calls/texts/emails after the first day of meeting her, and looking at properties. Apparently, since I didn't buy anything immediately, I wasn't "worth her time". Subsequently, I contacted Kerry Jo, and right from the beginning, she was most helpful, informative, and personable. I'm not a newbie to Real Estate, and I had a relatively clear picture of what I wanted / could afford, but the process of finding that "ideal" property still took a fair amount of time. Kerry Jo worked closely with me to find that "special" property, and made herself available (with a modest amount of advance notice) on numerous occasions.I should mention that I was an "entry level" client, not a techie with a jillion dollars to spend. I believe that Kerry Jo put just as much time / energy into representing me, as she would have, even if I had been one of those aforementioned techies.When we did find that "one" property, the were some snags during the escrow phase, but KJ put in the time / energy to keep current with all the concerned parties, to make sure everyone was "on the same page", so that the process kept moving forward, to a timely conclusion.I recommend her services without reservation. We are not first time home buyers, but very few agents wanted to work with us to buy a lot in the price range we were looking at.Kerry Jo was actually the listing agent for a property we were interested in and one that we bought.
