Kerrie is VERY knowledgeable of the area so she knows what to look out for in different neighborhoods, the history of the homes and the good and bad about the contractors who built them unlike many of the other realtors we were approached by. She was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns and was never afraid to be honest with us.
