Kermit is awesome. He is an extremely hard worker, he was showing my house and had it sold really quickly. You have no idea what a difference your realtor makes. I've had other realtors that were lazy and didnt show my property because they were too busy trying to sell higher valued homes. I gave the listing to Kermit and he was lining up viewings left and right. He had it sold in no time. I always felt that he was giving my home a lot of attention and effort. You call this guy if you want good results.

Kermit was a great help in the whole process of buying my home, he thoroughly explained all the details of the mortgage application and what to expect during the processing of the loan, prior to buying the house I am living in now he had a selection of homes aside from what I had already wanted to look at all of which were within the budget I had set for myself, all in all I would highly recommend anyone I know to use him in buying a new home or even selling their present home, he is an outstanding and trustworthy individual!!!

Kermit is very professional and goes beyond what is expected. I would highly recommend him. He shows as much attention to a small sale as a large sale. Kermit managed every detail from beginning to closing to benefit us the most possible.I

Kermit Johnson is an outstanding real estate agent. He worked with us and helped us find the right home for our needs. His professionalism and integrity are wonderful. He is patient and understanding. He listens to you and knows what you are looking for. His help continued even after the closing on our new home. He is truly an asset to the Long & Foster team and a great person to work with. My husband and I would recommend Kermit Johnson to anyone who is looking for a new home or anyone who wants to sell their home. There are too many superlatives to list about Kermit Johnson. We trust him and consider him to be the best REALTOR we have ever worked with.
