She has consistently gone above and beyond for me as both a buyer and seller (in both residential and commercial real estate) Her enthusiasm and dedication to her work is rare and refreshing. We met in late 2020 when I was looking for my second home (and very pregnant and very stressed). She showed us several homes we were interested in, was always easily available and flexible, and often sent us links to newly available homes that fit our criteria. A couple weeks in, she sent me a video of the perfect home, exactly what I described, not yet listed on the market. And then she took care of everything; any question I had, anything I needed help with, all the little details - including keeping me on track with getting the bank and closing companies the information they needed - plus taking care of all that went into selling the old house. Jump to 2022, leaving my husband, need to sell our home and buy my own; so of course I reach out to the amazing realtor that helped my find my last dream home. aEURoeOf course girl!! I'm so excited!!aEUR? she said, and immediately started sending me links to homes. I fell in love with the very first house. I said aEURoeI need to see this house!aEUR? and she took me to see it that day. I said, aEURoeThis is my house! You have to make sure I get it and no one else!aEUR? And she did. And then like magic she does all the things and my last house was sold and I own this one! And finally this year (2023), I started looking for a building for my new business. I found a building I liked and reached out to Kelsey to see if she could show me the building/be my person for something commercial too. She again was astronomically helpful through every step. Despite the more complicated loans, contracts, and details, she again to exceeded expectations and made the whole process simple for me. Even after the process - I own the building or home, my old houses were sold - she continues to check in, asking if theres anything we need or any way she can help ?? I think it goes without saying (I honestly could keep going with how much help she still is to me), that I whole heartedly recommend Kelsey Frazier for everyones real estate related needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Horrible company had my house for almost a year , never hardly had anyone come and when they did most canceled without notice and didn?t even call us to let us know , scheduled a open house 2 weeks ahead of a date picked , they never promoted it and they canceled day of becouse they was not prepared, could never get ahold of Kelsey always was passed to another realitor And had to leave messages , horrible experience would never use these people again do not recommend them at all

ZillowVERIFIED Ive gone through the home buying process a number of times in different areas and I can emphatically say that Kelsey has been the best realtor Ive ever dealt with. Everything big and small she went out of her way to make it as easy as possible on me. From going to countless houses without me and video taping the walk through (because of my location and COVID) to helping aggressively negotiating the best price and situation for me as the buyer. She setup inspections, walk throughs, repair people, additional inspections, pushed the bank on the loan, pushed the title company, and let me know what she needed for me. I can tell you the level of service she provided has not been normal for me on previous purchases, I can only imagine how good she would be on the selling side. If you are looking to buy, sell, or rent stop your search now you cant do any better than Kelsey as an agent.
