Kellys experience gave us so much confidence, shes sold many homes in the area, and was very knowledgeable about our specific needs: schools, safety, etc. What we loved was that she was always available to show us homes, and we could always count on her being availabe - and patient- with all our questions. ZillowVERIFIED We went to several open houses before Kelly was recommended to us, so our time visiting houses with her was minimum. But during the ones we did, she helped out by asking questions about our family to ensure the floor plan was right for us. She responded to calls/text in a timely manner and was willing to work late when getting the offer letter, appraisal documents, etc, to everyone. We didn't have to negotiate much with the price and only had a few minor issues to address from the home inspection.
