ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is phenomenal and easy to work with. She only had to show us a few houses before we found the one we wanted. This could be pure luck, but I am inclined to believe that it is because she listens when you describe what you want in a house and she does her best to narrow your search to keep you from wasting time. Beyond her knowledge of the market and her ability to find you a home, she is incredibly personable, responsive, and clearly explains every step of the process. I am certain we have found our "forever" home but should we find ourselves looking again, I cannot imagine buying another home without Kelly as my agent.

Kelly was able to accommodate my hectic schedule and sacrificed time with her family to help me find the right home. During the house hunt, I was discouraged, and Kelly committed herself to helping me find the right home. Some of my expectations were unrealistic but she was able to get me refocused. Kelly didnt stop taking care of my needs when my house was sold or when I purchased the new one. She was there after I moved in and has been a huge resource. Kelly is more than a realtor; I consider her a friend. She treated me like family, and I would call on her for all of my real estate needs. Her customer service levels are almost a thing of the past.

My wife and I were moving from overseas and even with the 14 hour time difference Kelly was there.We didnt have much time to close the home before we moved and were in desperate need of a place to stay.
