Our experience with Kelly was amazing. Not only did she help us find a great home but she went above and beyond during the whole process. We have so many examples of her going above and beyond but we will provide one. The tankless water heater in our new house was located in a spot that the inspector wasnt certain about but the seller assured had been approved by the city. Kelly set up time for a plumber to come in and confirm but in the meantime she researched tankless water heaters herself! We honestly were shocked that she spent time doing that! You are in good hands if you are working with Kelly!

I have been working with Kelly Gonzalez on an investment property and could not be more pleased. She is incredibly knowledgeable about investment opportunities and really knows the Austin metro area so she knows where to look for the right opportunities. She is also respectful, professional and easily relatable. I cannot recommend her enough.

Working with Kelly was such a pleasure! We were completely new to the Austin area, so she took the time to explain each neighborhood. She helped us to find great options that both met our needs and within our budget, even in this competitive market. I highly recommend her!

She is a great person who pushed to find me a place that suited me best. I am fortunate I had her looking out for me when I moved. I was worried because I had be unable to find a place quick enough without her. They were renting out in the amount of time it took to fill out the application. She did find me a place though and managed to secure it for me before my move from MS.

Kelly has a positive attitude and is a keen listener (to what you want and dont, so that she can use that in her house recommendations). She is also great to work with, to leverage as part of the otherwise tiring and sometimes stressful home-buying process. She is knowledgeable, flexible and sociable - all important for families searching for a home! I have already recommended others to work with her, and would continue to do so.

I am a first time home buyer and didnt have any knowledge on home buying. Kelly has been exceptional in guiding me through the process - from providing market insights to finding a good lender and helping close the deal. Austin housing market is extremely competitive. Youll need someone who understands the market to navigate through it and find the property that you want to make your home. There were occasions where I was indecisive on whether I should make an offer or not. Kelly has been extremely patient and clear that I should not move forward if I have any doubts. We started seeing properties four months back and bought the house my family and I wanted yesterday!

Our time with Kelly was informative and enjoyable. Kelly has developed an immense knowledge of Austin, TX and surrounding areas over her 22 years of living in the city. She paid close attention to our needs and asked questions to present opportunities for the best possible living situation in regards to our future in Texas. She was not only concerned with our living arrangements, but made it a point to find housing that was conducive to our separate work locations, traffic, and daily needs. Kelly also made mention of local restaurants, exciting events, nearby shopping, and fun things to do in the Cedar Park/Austin, Texas area. We would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone moving to this region of Texas. We were so thankful for her assistance in this new endeavor in our lives!

Answered Questions

What if a home appraises for more than the offer?

Congratulations you have instant equity! Here in Texas only the buyer has access to the appraisal and knows how much it appraises for. We just tell the Seller that it met appraisal.
