Kelly Duckett-Corbin

I am a local Culpeper native who grew up on a dairy farm just outside the town of Culpeper. My family owns and operates 3 farms where they raise beef cattle. We are very invested in the piedmont area and love to sell real estate in the beautiful countryside of Virginia. My husband and I reside in Culpeper with our kids and blue heeler Milo. We are very involved in the community and like to give back and support in any way we can. My real estate career started back in May 2005 as a Realtor. Then my husband Wes Corbin joined me in 2008 working primarily as the buyer agent. My business continued to grow and in 2010 I expanded into the Duckett Corbin Team. I own an operate a 3 person team that I feel proud to say works very hard to meet all of our clients challenges and the ever changing market. We support each other and help fill in when needed. There's always someone available to help with out great support system at RE/MAX. My team members work as buyer's agent assisting first time home buyer's from start to settlement, and beyond. The team works with clients that purchase investments and secondary homes. As a buyer's agent we will provide some of the following services: strong negotiating skills, be accessible, anticipate problems that may arise, have a strong knowledge of the real estate market, & more. My team members work as listing agents helping seller's determine the value of their home, preparing an individualized marketing plan, and working aggressively to assist in the sale of the property. We will assist in relocations either helping to sell your home to relocate, and helping to refer you to an expert in the area that you are moving to. We will assist buyers relocating to the area helping to familiarize them with the areas, and providing them the tools needed to choose the right location.
