I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Kelly as my realtor when I sold my home back at the beginning of the year. Even though this house was not a high priced or elite home, she gave as much time and attention as if it was! Guiding me as to what my next steps would be to get a very fair selling price. Even when we thought the deal fell through, she was still positive that it would sell and it ended up that that same buyer did come back with the price I was asking for. Kelly was with me all the way and I can't thank her enough! Not only a great realtor but a great person - hard working and honest!

Cherie did an excellent job as the listing agent for our recent home sale. She was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and when we needed to connect with local businesses for a repair, she helped us connect quickly with quality contractors to handle the job. Cherie had a professional photographer provide pictures for the presentation of our property, held open houses to show the home, and most importantly helped us get our full asking price. We plan to ask Cherie to be the listing agent for family property we need to sell as well.

Kelly is at the top of her profession. She was able to guide us through our selling experience, even when the first buyer backed out. We ended up getting more than we asked! I recommend her to everyone I know!
