ZillowVERIFIED I am convinced that Kelly Chavers is the best realtor in Tallahassee, FL. My wife and I worked with him as home buyers. We feel lucky to have had him on our side (and yes, he helped negotiate to get us a phenomenal home at an excellent price). Kelly does everything with your best interest in mind. He is honest and he is ethical. He is extremely hard working and will respond to you in a more than reasonable amount of time. He has a superb team of inspectors that he knows and trusts to do a great job. If Kelly trusted them, then we trusted them. What sets Kelly apart, though, is his home improvement knowledge. He has a knack for fixing homes and doing renovations. This was EXTREMELY helpful because he can give potential buyers an idea for how much and/or how difficult a home improvement job might be. This saved us a ton of time and made the home buying process far more efficient (since we did not have to consult with a contractor). At times, we did consult with a contractor and found that Kellys estimates were not that far off. I recommend Kelly Chavers to everyone. If you do go with him, you will be glad that you did.

I literally could not have done it without him, since he knew my goals and specifically kept an eye out for when this house would come back on the market again. Once it did, he alerted me immediately, which allowed me to be the first offer. Then, he worked closely with me on a nonstandard cash purchase that required several things to go perfectly in order for it to work; he was flexible and patient throughout the process, which allowed all of us to successfully close in record time. While the seller changed the original price due to the sheer number of offers they were getting, Kelly kept me at the forefront as the first and best offer top buyer, allowing me to quickly beat all the competition and still get a great deal on the house. Finally, even after the purchase was complete and he had his commission, he still provided fantastic service in helping me transition the home into renovation and rental and linking me up with professional companies and contractors. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

From the start his consultation on what we should do to prepare for sale to the right listing price, finding professionals to help with painting, yard cleanup, and a deep cleaning of the home, everything was top notch.
