ZillowVERIFIED I met Kelly one day in spin class and we hit it off right away. I could tell Kelly was a, genuinely, good guy. When it came time to upsize houses (my father-in-law) needed extra care so we needed more room, I looked to Kelly to help me through the home buying process. Though we stumbled upon the home for sale, once I called Kelly he really kicked into gear. Kelly just handled it. This was 9 years ago.... Fast forward to 2020. What a year! We decided to sell off a rental home we had in town and my first call was to Kelly. Kelly had it on the market the next day and the home sold in only 4 days...for more than we had asked. At our first meeting, months before we were ready to sell, he gave us good feedback as to the market and told us to let him know when we were getting ready to put it on the market - no pressure. When it was time, he toured the home, gave feedback as to what needed to be done. We met later and he gave us some prices of other houses in the area, gave a suggested listing price but was open to what we would like to sell it for. In the end, the buyer paid close to Kellys suggestion. At one part of the sale, I was out of the country, some painting needed to be done on part of the decking and Kelly bought the paint and finished the job himself. He was very attentive to the needs of the sale. Months later, he helped my daughter and son-in-law find a realtor in a small town in southeast Washington and that sale went just as smoothly.
