ZillowVERIFIED I can only say good things about my experience working with Kelly. Me and what seemed like every other person in North Georgia were all looking for homes at the same time. This was not my first home, so I had an idea of what I wanted in a property (wants vs must haves). When I started getting serious about my property/home buying search is when I contacted Kelly. During our initial consult she took the time to explain the process and clearly explained the craziness that the real estate market was in and what I can expect going forward. Kelly's knowledge about various areas within North Georgia is second to none. She compiled a list of what I wanted for my home search criteria and provided me with daily listings that I could look at my pace. She was always available to answer questions about a property if I wanted more details. If she needed to reach out to the sellers agent, she made the time to connect with them and get a showing scheduled. Ultimately, I found a home that was owned by OpenDoor (insert southern hospitality here). That process in and of itself was a nightmare and would have caused lesser realtors to retreat. Kelly was open to the challenge. weather it was last minute inspections, repair men to provide cost estimates, appraisers, mortgage lender questions she had the contacts within the industry that were there and to able to assist both during our due diligence period and ultimately making it to my closing table. While others may now have buyers remorse, I can firmly say I am not one of those. There were times where I could have potentially been part of that group, but Kelly looked out for me and provided me with the clear minded and objective voice of reasoning that was needed to make sure the home buying ordeal was in the end, worth the experience and satisfaction when you get to have that first cold beer on your back deck.

Her knowledge of how the process would work was excellent. She predicted that if I chose the right prize I would sell it quickly and so we did. The house was sold on the first day on the market and for the right prize. We had an incident with having to move the closing date out several times due to the buyer's impediment to close on his house sale. Because of this issue on the buyer's side our closing date took place almost three months later and during this frustrating period Kelly was very calmed, very professional and focused on making sure we were getting all the facts straight and the our closing was going to happened. I would recommend Kelly's services to anyone. She is excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is a very hard working, knowledgeable Realtor! We used her a few years ago to purchase an investment property and couldn't have been more pleased with her service. It was a foreclosure, she ensured we had a very detailed inspector. Also, a few days after we placed an offer, the price dropped a few thousand dollars in the MLS listing. I was not happy, because even though the price would be amortized out over the loan, I wanted to pay the lower price... Kelly went back to the bank and got them to honor our contract at the lower price - I was happy!
