She REALLY knows what sells in the Parkview Cluster area of Lilburn and what you need to do and dont need to do to get your house ready for sale. She was spot on about the listing and sale price of our home, and was great in helping us with contractors for some fixes we needed to do. She really listened to me and knew what I was looking for - even when I wasn't sure myself. She was patient with my indecisiveness and my extended selection committee. She was honest and knowledgeable about expectations and the process and was informative without being condescending. And, when she found the perfect house for me, she made sure we got in to see it the very day it came back on the market. If I had been trying to do this on my own, I would never have seen my house because it would have been under contract before I even realized it had come back. ZillowVERIFIED Kellie is THE agent for the South Gwinnett area if you want to find a house quickly that meets your requirements. She is quick to respond and knowledgeable about the market and homes for sale. How I found Kellie is interesting because I called in the late evening (after 9PM) to request a viewing of one of her listings. I had meant to leave message for the next day but she answered the phone. ZillowVERIFIED Kellie worked with us selling our mothers condo after we moved Mom into assisted living. This was not a large dollar sale around 100K however you would have never known that working with Kellie. She provided up to date info; keep flyers, water, local neighborhood news publications in the kitchen at all times. She did two open houses within a year and even coordinated the other real estate agents in the community to have open house the same days to create traffic flow. Most important of all when a reasonable offer finally came through she "quarterbacked" the whole team all the way to the closing table. As with most real estate we were hearing some pretty scary stories of foreclosures, "make me any offer" deals and units coming in and out of the market.
