We started in Vancouver and then from Tacoma to Redmond. Zillow's referral engine connected us with Kelli and we are glad it did. We had a reasonably good idea of what we were looking for and Kelli provided helpful insights and scheduled multiple visits in a variety of areas, balancing properties that we found with those that she found. As the old saying goes, "seeing is believing", and these visits were instrumental in helping us figure out what and where we wanted to focus on. Kelli continued to work with us remotely and we were pleased to find a home that ticked our boxes. And Kelli made the the seller negotiations and paperwork a breeze. What is a very overwhelming and intimidating situation of buying and selling simultaneously went SO smooth and thanks to these guys they were able to get my closing dates spot on for the financing situation to go through with no hiccups. They answered every question I had along the way and NEVER made me feel like a burden. They were even amazing enough to get me a second viewing of my house while under contract so I could take measurements and feel that exitement all over again. This was commercial property so they connected us with all the persons we needed such as a civil engineer and other general contractors. Jacob was patient and if he didn't know the answer to any question we had he would find out the answer and get back to us within minutes. They worked around our hectic schedule and were available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had at any given time. Korey on the other hand made the financing process look like a piece of cake. He even finished the loan process within a couple of days and we even did an early closing than scheduled.
