ZillowVERIFIED I've known Kelley as a friend and co-worker since before she started in the real estate business. Naturally, she was the one I reached out to for help in selling my townhouse. She made the whole process easy and had a buyer for my property without even having to list it. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism are top-notch!

ZillowVERIFIED My SO and I found Kelley on accident and it was the best accident we made while purchasing our first home together. Kelley was patient with us and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, regardless of the random hours I sent them. Not to mention, she probably showed us 30+ houses in about 2 months. Unlike many realtors in the area, she was not pushy, had insight to many of our questions including estimated project costs for more fixer-upper homes, provided guidance on our riskier offers without making us feel like we were wasting her time, and actually gave great advice instead of just telling us "well its your decision." She also made the closing process as easy as it can be, from negotiations on inspections, to actually signing the documents, Kelley was a tremendous asset to us as first time homebuyers. If you are like us and want a knowledgeable realtor, with extensive knowledge of Gallatin county, without the overly salesy side, Kelley is the agent for you. You will not regret working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience working with Kelley. She kept us informed and was quick to respond 7 days a week. We had several properties that we made offers on that didn't work out, but her persistence eventually worked out. She found us a property that was off market, needed some work, but fit our needs. I would highly recommend working with Kelley.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley helped us sell twice and buy once. In between, she kept us informed of the changing market. Buying in Bozeman was difficult, as we had some very specific requirements. Kelly patiently helped us through every step of the process, showing us many houses before we found the right one. Each time we sold, Kelly professionally marketed the properties with virtual staging immediately, followed up by physical staging (and refreshed pictures) as soon as was practical. Kelly has excellent attention to detail, taking care of big picture things as well as details like making sure the sprinkler system gets blown out before winter. We highly recommend Kelly, whether you are buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley was holding an open house at a place that we soon bought. We weren't working with a realtor -- just walked in. She agreed to help with the transaction in her capacity at a dual representative, and while she represented first, the seller, she also helped all of us find a good resolution that left all parties happy. And that's a big deal. It sure was for us. Kelley was a total pro, got the appraiser and inspector lined up for us in what is record time by other standards, and kept us totally in the loop. The whole sale, from the time we walked in until the time we closed was very quick and efficient compared to other places we lived. And she did all that in a hot market, where resources are tough to find. Highly recommend working with Kelley, on either side of the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley has been our real estate agent for many of our buy and sell transactions. We feel that she is the best agent in the area!! It seems that she would let us know the minute something became available before it was listed anywhere else! And when signing papers, she would always give a professional overview, stating if she had seen any red flags. And truly, she was always just a phone call away to answer any questions! We just feel like we can depend on her through the whole process, and we appreciate working with her greatly!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have purchased a few different properties with Kelley as our realtor. We have been quite please but did not know how good we had things until we purchased a property in another town w/ a different realtor. Kelley stayed on top of the documentation and was quite responsive to questions. She also read the documentation herself. It was nice having a 3rd set of eyes looking over paperwork and the property.

ZillowVERIFIED I'd give 6 stars if I could. Kelley is amazing and exceptionally thoughtful, personal, and down right professional. My wife and I were in a bind when it came to needing to purchase a home. We were basically given an X-date to move out of our rental, and we first turned to Kelley (we used to be neighbors). She was quick to find everything possible within our budget with the limited inventory in Gallatin County. When we found the house, we found ourselves in a bidding war. Kelley went the extra mile for my family to get the deal done. When anybody asks me about needing a realtor, Kelley is the only one I recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved away from Montana for a total of 3 years. We decided to move back and we called on Kelley to help us find a home in our price range. We wanted a lot for our money and although it took almost 2 summers Kelley stayed with us through thick and thin, she traveled basically all over the state of Montana showing us houses without complaint and with endless patience. Needless to say we found house through Kelley out of Helena,Montana and are totally happy with the purchase, the area and the property. Thank you Kelley we sincerely appreciate all the hard work, the many miles you drove and for putting up with our frustrations and being so patience until we finally decided on this homeRocky and Mar

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley is a great person and realtor. She has been in the Bozeman market for a long time and truly loves this area. Kelley is so professional and on top of everything. She is easy to reach and quick to get back to you. If she doesn't have the answer she will go find it for you. It is great to buy a house and have someone take care of all the details and issues. She shows up to prepared and makes herself available. On top of which she is just the nicest person and a great person to know in this valley.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I just got the chance to purchase our first home with the help of Kelley Halle as our realtor. She was so helpful in the process because when buying your first home you have no idea what you are doing. Kelley was very quick to answer our questions and even help us ask the right questions. She was always quick to respond to us when we would ask her something or wanted to see a house that we liked. We ended up purchasing a house that was so much more than what we could have ever asked for in the location that we wanted at a price that was within our range. Every step of the way, Kelley was helpful and honest. The market is more than crazy and she helped us navigate through the end. I will continue to recommend Kelley to all of my friends and family if they are looking to purchase or sell anything here in the Gallatin Valley.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley sold our home in Belgrade, and had to do the entire sale with us by email and phone because we live out of state. The family renting our home was attempting to buy it, and with much patience and many emails, Kelley was able to get the sale completed. We are very happy with the negotiating and long distance communication she gave us. If we ever decide to move back to the area, Kelley will definitely be our realtor again.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelley Halle has sold two houses for me. She is the most knowledgeable for the area l lived in. I only had to call her once to ask if she would sell my house. Kelley was immediate to respond to my request. I explained what I wanted to do and she offered a different plan which increased my profit by approximately 7%.. I thanked her and signed the listing. The property was sold within about a week. I don't know anyone who could have done better. She is excellent and top rated as I see her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent experience working with Kelley. She initially showed us a home that hit our most important targets in a new home, but was priced in a way that did not reflect the substantial updates needed. While we waited for the sellers to realize their sale price aspirations were unreasonable in the current market, Kelley showed us other houses and gave honest assessments of their pros and cons in light of our ideals. After 5 weeks, the sellers of the initial home we viewed dropped their asking price to something closer to what we thought was reasonable, and Kelley was an irreplaceable asset in negotiating a final price, and subsequently reducing that price in light of the inspection report and then the formal assessment. She also gave us great advice on how to bring the most value to our home in terms of the upgrades we could do.Kelley was flexible around our odd schedules, even showing a house to my husband one evening and me the following afternoon. She was prompt to respond to questions and quick to obtain answers that required investigation. She helped steer us toward reasonable expectations and requests to the sellers, but allowed us to make the final decisions. We will gladly work with Kelley for future purchases, should that be a need, and certainly recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were daunted by the task of finding our first home initially. Kelly helped ease our anxiety about the process by providing information and answering our endless questions. She was careful to watch the new listings that came up each day to give us the best chance of putting in a successful offer in a market that is highly competitive. We ended up finding our dream home and couldn't be happier with how the entire home buying process unfolded. I give all the credit to Kelly. She was very attentive and responsive during each step of the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Kelley because she had worked so well with my 21-year-old daughter: Kelley was the only realtor who took her seriously. As an out-of-town buyer, Kelley prepared with with advance research and neighborhood information so we could maximize my in-town time. Once I arrived, Kelley spent multiple full days with me to visit and re-visit homes. Once one was selected, she was very helpful with the successful negotiation and the inspection (done along with my daughter). Kelley also helped me work through a couple of issues which came up after the closing, so, yes, I would strongly recommend her -- and have already done so.
