Any time we were getting stressed out, he was quick with a great solution to relieve the stress. We also really appreciated the Kenmore Team's policy for only charging 2% commission (while still providing full service) when you find your own buyer since a friend ended up buying our house. Despite the lower commission, Kellen was always quick and happy to help out, and was a great resource to us and the buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED He managed our property in Kennewick for 1 1/2 years prior to us selling the property. I wish we had found him sooner. He was responsive to tenant needs and our emails. We had some major expenses for repairs come in and he put together the team to get the work done in a timely manner.We had some bad experiences with three other property management firms in the area in the twelve year period of ownership. When it came time to sell I found Kellen to be experienced and honest in everything we did. The recommended sale price matched what came in on the appraisal.
