Now let's meet the team! Keith is from the City of Hopewell and retired from Honeywell in December of 2014 after more than 30 years of service. He also spent 25 years as a Teamster's Local 101 steward, and was a member of the Hopewell Church bowling league for many years. He is the proud father of one daughter who also lives in Hopewell, enjoys a good round of golf on occasion, and is a diehard Redskins fan! Mandi has worked as an assistant for Keith Wagner since 2017 and is now our newest agent! She has over 10 years of experience as a Director of Operations and brand ambassador and is excited to start this new chapter in an industry where she can apply her skills to help her clients achieve their goals. A mom of 4, she has genuinely enjoyed raising her kids in the same little town of Matoaca where she grew up.
