He took an hour on the phone with a stranger to explain what was happening in the Atlanta real estate market and offered a no-nonsense approach on what to expect when buying a home in today's competitive market. I spoke with seven other Realtors and all only offered to set me up on their list service and to let them know when I wanted to look at houses. Keith went way beyond by taking time to understand what I wanted to accomplish from the home purchase and then he worked tirelessly to make it happen on my behalf. On our first outing to look at houses, Keith pointed out things on the initial houses that I wouldn't have noticed and said, "you don't want to buy this house." When we did find the right house, Keith said, "now this is a house you want to own!" I felt confident in the purchase working with such an expert. Keith worked in the background continually to advocate for my requests that the seller accomplish prior to the close. He kept me updated on what was happening and what he was working on to get done. He never disappeared and responded to text messages or phone calls within the day (usually much faster). The cherry on top with Keith is he shares his commission with you the buyer or seller!
