ZillowVERIFIEDKazi Rahat has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We first worked with him to secure an apartment last year, and were so happy with his services that we contacted him again when it was time for us to find another lease. He is professional, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. He makes a typically stressful experience smooth and anxiety free. I would 100% work with him again and would recommend him to my friends and family looking to purchase a home or enter a lease.
ZillowVERIFIEDRahat has been there for me from the start till the finish line, what an amazing willingness and commitment to support for his client ! since I was looking a townhouse with specific layout, it was not easy to find one within my budget but Rahat made it to happen. He was very involved and responsive for every step from the start to the end of the process by going above and beyond his responsibility.
ZillowVERIFIEDIncredible Results & Expert Guidance! Working with Rahat was a fantastic experience. He helped us navigate a very fast-paced purchase while ensuring every detail was covered. I was particularly blown away by his ability to negotiate a discount with the builder! Rahat always had my best interests at heart. When we hit a major roadblock with a bad loan officer, Rahat didn't just jump in; he checked with me first to see if I wanted him to move forward with an intervention. Even when the loan officer remained difficult, Rahats guidance was spot-on. He had already advised me that these situations can happen and gave me the clear direction needed to manage it. It was quite a stressful time for me which he helped alleviate. If you want an agent who is both a fighter and a strategic advisor, Rahat is the one. From now on, Rahat is the only agent Ill work with. I honestly never thought I would find an agent I trusted this much, but his proactive nature and integrity have completely changed my perspective. He is worth every penny of his commission and then some.

ZillowVERIFIEDThey aEURoegentlemanaEUR? was pushy, rude and refused to answer questions asked about information he requested. Poor listener. When replies become inconsistent via text he tried to cal me several times although I made it clear to him my preferred method of communication was texting as I was in a meeting. After we realized we couldnt feel more uncomfortable doing business he became more pushy and rude when told we were no longer interested in dealing with him whatsoever. Could not take a hint and fumbled the sale.
