They suggested a reasonable listing price and set up an open house for the weekend of the listing. Through their hard work and diligence I received and accepted an offer by the end of the first week. They Helped me with all of the closing paperwork and made closing an easy event. I live a little over 850 miles from my former house. It required only two trips back to Marietta to execute the sale, one to discuss needed improvements and one for closing. I with out reservation highly recommend Kay and Mark Morgan.
