We closed on our home less than two weeks ago! Katrina was AMAZING! She is kind, personable, knowledgable, and a master in her field. She was awake before I was each day working on my loan process, and working in the evenings, too, when she needed. Katrina was on top of EVERYTHING. As soon as something hit her desk, she was already sending information to the needed destination. She knew all the tricks and strategies and worked in MY best interest. She didn't allow anyone to push us around and truly worked to get the absolute best for us. She can always be counted on to truthful, whether something is working out in your favor or not. I appreciate that, because I like getting the facts and truth so that I can make the most educated decisions. I will always use Katrina and recommend her. She was a Godsend.
