I was buying from another state (6 hours away) and unable to see anything in person, so when we found the perfect listing she went over there same day to the open house, assessed our competition, and helped me to strategize when making an offer. She met me within one day of our first call, had a great photographer in the house one day later, had it listed a day after that, hosted a hugely successful open house a couple of days after that, and had a ratified contract in place a day after that! The total process, from first contact, to a pretty much done deal, was about a week.I'm a DIY-type and had strongly considered trying to sell my house by myself. I'm glad I didn't.
