ZillowVERIFIEDKatie Santangelo has been a pleasure to work with and has demonstrated immense patience with my situation. She is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market for buyers and sellers. She first helped my mother purchase a home and now helping me sell mine. Katie is very responsive to questions, dependable, and dedicated.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Katie was a pleasure. Her expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the entire home buying process seamless. She was there every step of the way, and was always available when I called. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
ZillowVERIFIEDKatie was always available to answer our questions and to show us the houses any time we asked for. She was thorough, professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was proactive and acted as a mediator and coordinated things with the lender and attorney during the home-buying phase to make the otherwise complex and time consuming process easier.
ZillowVERIFIEDBEST REALTOR AROUND, HANDS DOWN WOULD RECOMMEND PURCHASING/SELLING A HOME WITH HER!!! Mrs. Santangelo who likes to go by Katie is an upbeat and colorful person who is very in-depth with Realty Expertise and knowledge. She was extremely informative and highly sociable which made this whole process and experience from start to finish completely seamless and headache free. (Thank goodness!) As a mother herself, she gave me and my wife warm and helpful insight when it came to choosing a proper home for us. For every house we toured she came prepared with a fact sheet of it and already crunched the numbers with the other houses comparing the pros and cons of each potential home in the neighborhood. This gave me peace of mind knowing someone was looking out for us given todays economic standpoint. When it came to communication, Katie, myself, and my wife were always in the same loop via texts and emails. This ensured that the continuity between all of us was unbroken which helped in the event any one of us missed something that was passed. In the future, if we decide to purchase our second home or sell our home down the road, I will definitely be choosing Katie to work with. Absolutely amazing attention to detail and etiquette, I cannot recommend this woman enough. Thank you so much Katie!
