We were interested in buying a large parcel of property that had an existing house on it. We only wanted the property but not the house, but sellers would not split up. Katie did all the research in what we would need to purchase and split the parcel. Based on her findings, we went ahead with the purchase. Katie took care of every detail getting the property split and the house sold (which sold in 4 days). She kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, we did not need to do anything.
